Official terms of service, product usage guidelines, and privacy standards governing purchases, digital goods, and accounts on the Nodus Digital Store marketplace.
By using or purchasing goods on Nodus Digital Store (“the Platform”), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Nodus Digital Inc. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained verified parental or guardian consent to conduct digital goods transactions.
Products purchased on Nodus Digital Store include digital goods, account access, tools, and subscriptions. Access is granted according to the selected product tier:

All digital keys, credentials, and download links are delivered automatically within 60 seconds of transaction settlement. Items are encrypted and accessible anytime in your authenticated Digital Vault. Download links use time-limited signed URLs (valid for 15 minutes) to protect against unauthorized hotlinking.
Prices may be displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or Tether (USDT). While live conversion rates are displayed on storefront product cards, the authoritative settlement price is locked at backend order creation. Crypto deposits are monitored on-chain; exact payment confirmation is required before keys are revealed.
Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods and credentials, orders are generally non-refundable once activated. However, Nodus Digital provides a dedicated Replacement Guarantee:
Submit your Order ID through our Contact Support Form within 72 hours. Our team verifies the status promptly. If an issue is confirmed, a working replacement is issued to your Digital Vault or a refund is arranged.
Nodus Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform updates, policy changes, or discontinued service by original third-party providers after product delivery.
We operate under a strict policy of data minimization. We only collect details essential to process digital deliveries and maintain account security:
Purchased digital assets, access credentials, and keys are never stored in plain text. All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 in our secure database. Access requires an authenticated session and verified account entitlement.
When you authenticate via Telegram Login Widget or open our Mini App (@nodusdigital_bot), Telegram cryptographically signs your user ID and username using your bot token hash. We verify this signature on the backend to authenticate your session. Your Telegram data is never shared with third-party advertising networks.
Under GDPR Article 17, you may request permanent erasure of your account and personal identifiers by contacting [email protected]. We will delete all personal records within 30 calendar days, retaining only anonymized transaction hashes required by mandatory tax accounting laws.
